New Program Advocates the Health Benefits of Group Drumming
Goshen, IN – No musical experience is needed to join the free group
drumming program [or other name for your event], to be presented at
[time of event] on [date of your event] at [location with exact street
address].
The one-hour session will integrate group drumming with proven health
strategies to support participants in their quest for well-being.
A wide variety of drums and other percussion instruments will be
provided for all participants. While the program is free, reservations
are requested, and a $__ donation is suggested to help cover instrument
transportation expenses.
The program [or session or your program name] will be based upon the
HealthRHYTHMS® protocol developed from medical research that shows the
health benefits of drumming with a group, including stress reduction,
mood improvement and a boost to the immune system.
HealthRHYTHMS® Trained Facilitator [your name] [your special
credentials] will lead the session, which is open to everyone. A recent
graduate of the comprehensive HealthRHYTHMS® training, [your name]
credits the program with [your feelings/observations about the program
benefits].
HealthRHYTHMS® was developed after leading neurologist and mind-body
researcher Dr. Barry Bittman, MD led a renowned research team in the
first biological study on the effects of group drumming in 2000.
Subsequent published research supports the program. For more
